Dance music madman Mr Oizo reveals new album on Brainfeeder

Three years after the release of his last album, Stade 2, Ed Banger associate Mr Oizo – aka Quentin Dupieux – has announced that another full-length LP is in the works. The unpredictable artist behind films like Wrong and Rubber unpredictably announced the forthcoming album, The Church, through a photo of a billboard advertisement.

Though the sign only says November as an approximate drop date, Oizo has confirmed that The Church will be released via Brainfeeder on November 17. With two albums apiece for F Communications and Ed Banger Recs already in the vault, this will be Oizo’s first official full-length jump to Flying Lotus’s label (though his second album, Moustache (Half a Scissor), was re-released on Brainfeeder back in 2011).

The Church was recorded at Graciosa Studio in Los Angeles and comes with ten tracks (which are all listed below), including a collaboration with Bart B More. Mr Oizo has provided an intense sneak-peek of the album below, with a full stream of Machyne; check it out below.
